I think it should fit without too much hassle, but like most things, you'll just have to take the gamble and jiggle it all around a bit if necessary. The MC16 and MC18 Mk1 subframes are very similar (one is a little narrower than the other if I remember correctly), and the fairing lowers are the same, so it's going to be close.
