You can filter out most of the crap by using a minus sign.

The worldwide search for "NSR 250" returns 147 items, but my worldwide saved search returns only 72 items. I've included things like -keyring -hb -ixo -revue -1:24 -1/18 -minichamps -mirrors -mirror -literaturpaket -journal -retroviseur to narrow the results. It only takes a few minutes to set up, then you can save the search and ask eBay to send you an updated e-mail whenever anything not filtered is added to the listings.
