You will need a new stem. The RS stem is huge, and too short for the NSR. You will also need a bush pressed into the top triple to accomodate the narrower NSR stem.

The RS forks are a lot shorter than the NSR's. It makes the head angle extremely aggressive and scrubs out front tyres very quickly, but the handling is absolutely superb if you like that sort of thing. I also found I needed to wind everything just about as far as it would go. Whether my forks had been set up for a very light rider, or that's how all RWU NF5 forks are, I'm not sure, but my USD RS forks are totally different -- only wound in about 1/4 of the way on each adjustment.

Those look like 1989 forks, so you can use MC21 276mm disks and calipers. NSR wheel goes straight in. Use the RS axle and mix'n'match RS/NSR wheel spacers. Some wheels need 2 narrow spacers, some need 2 wide, and some will use one of each.
