That's a bit like asking "what jetting is everyone running?".
For a start, each model has different gearing (both internal and final), so without knowing what NSR you have means the question is unanswerable!
Race gearing depends on the circuit. Basically (very basically) you want to gear top just to hit redline at the end of the longest straight. Of course, if that buggers up too many low speed corners, then you will probably have to sacrifice some high speed RPM and gear a little lower.
Too many variables.
