It's a long old way to go for just about anyone, but GT Performance in Plymouth is the only dyno I would trust with an NSR. The dyno operator is the only one I know of that actually owns an NSR (or two), and actually understands them. He is one of probably two people in the UK that knows how to tune them to maximum potential.
