Carbon reeds make things feel a bit crisper, they make about zero difference to power.
HRC rectifiers have the potential to flow more air, if your engine wants more air that's a good thing, if not all your doing is slowing down airflow, that's a bad thing.
I doubt anyone sells the whole assembly complete, but as it's just a few screws its not a big job.
Setup by step?
1; remove tank
2; remove fairing (maybe, I can get round mine, but I have taken the carbs off about a million times)
3; remove airbox
4; remove throttle cable, choke cable and uplug the TPS.
5; remove carbs
6; undo (6?) carb insulator bolts and remove insulator
7; pull reedcages out
replacement is the reversal of that. Reed cage assembly itself is obvious.
You can leave the throttle cables on and just roll the carbs out of the way.
