Fuel type makes no difference Andre. You could use them on an NF5, an NX5, or an NSR, on U/L or AVGAS... they just need to have the corresponding needles and jets.
The power jets themselves can be programmed to switch on and off under certain conditions to "bend" the torque curve and peak RPM. If you stand near the end of the main straight at a GP and listen to the 250's go past, you can actually hear the difference in exhaust pitch as the PJ's shut off and the RPM rises.
