There isn't an F3 MC28. F3 ran until 1992, when it changed to SS/SP racing. The last "real" HRC parts for public consumption were made in 1992. They were mainly only a handful of updated 1991 parts really though.

HRC had some "special" parts (notably a different PGM-IV, frame, and apparently a swingarm) for their own MC28's, but the HRC parts sold to the public are totally different. The frame/swingarm/PGM-IV and some other bits'n'bobs were never sold. They never even made expansion chambers for the MC28! The best MC28 HRC parts are the jet kit, the airbox, and the radiator!
