I'm still without a card. I contacted Bat and was told $187 US and 10-12 week wait. I found this

which is considerably cheaper if I did the conversion correct it's on at $34 US with 13 hours to go. But, since Japanese is nothing I read or understand, I could be all wrong and the price, not to mention the compatability.
I would love to find a source in the US. Anybody out there know of anything in the US that might be able to put me together with a PGM IV card?
