I saw that post previously, and tried to resolder all of the board, its strange tho, cos when u resolder the joints has anyone notticed the bubbling that happens, this pretty much ensure's a **** joint. tried different heats settings too, but the same again. i think its hot air racing up from the enclosed cdi cos it has nowhere else to go due to the black sealant.

I think im gonna have to use a after market cdi and adapt it to this bikes setup, never done that b4, bout time i used my elect skills for sumthing constructive.
