I noticed the the 92 USD forks were considerably heavier sprung than the 91 RWU forks as well. That must make the NX5 forks bloody stiff, as the 92 NF5 forks are perfect on the heavy MC21 with most of the adjustment backed right off! Shocked

Of course, within reason though, a heavier spring and lighter oil should be better as the oil is easier to "push" through the galleries in the damper system and will consequently be more efficent, but judging by how well the NF5 forks work on mine, higher rate springs on a bike that probably weighs over 30kg less must make it a bit skittish!
