The person to ask would've been stephenrc45, as he's just fitted one to his RC45. Try e-mailing him for some info. At the end of the day, the whole hub assembly comes out of the swingarm, so if the OD (and width I guess) of the hub is the same (or could be sleeved), then there is no reason why an RC one can't be used. Don't expect it to come cheap mind you... the stuff for his RC is frighteningly expensive!
