A friend of mine has the HRC axle for his RC45, its substantially larger than the RC30 so I know this won't fit. The RC30 swing arm and hub appear to be similar in size, dimension to the RS. I know you can swap the rear wheels between the two so I imagine the axle is the same. I have found a Japanese company who makes an RC30 kit style rear axle so I am hoping it fits. They haven't replied to my English inquiry though. RS, HRC kit, Ducati Corse, they are all $$$.
