The MC28 in stock form is a bit wobbly round the track. Needs beefing up.

I used 0.95kg springs at the sharp end and a 13kg spring at the back.

For fork oil I used Castrol 10W set at between 145mm (HRC setting) and 135mm. The latter setting was good for me.

The rear shock was ok, but could have done with some internal changes whcih we weren't allowed to do. The twiddlers were pretty much all the way in, which isn't really the answer, but sufficed.

I'll send Andy the F3 shimming data for the rear shock so that he can put it on the site. works pretty well in savage conditions, but may be a little harsh on the street.
