The HRC harness is intended to be used with the HRC PGM card. The HRC harness removes all the street equipment and assumes you will use pre-mix. That is the reason for the block off plate. I am from Kenwood originally but live in SF now. You are welcome to come down and see my 28 with the same equipment on it. I could do the conversion for you if you like.

There is a lot of other items to consider if you want to run the HRC harness, too many to list and talk about here. If your bike is stock it is "restricted" at the factory. You'll have to address more than the card and harness to fully benefit from the modification.

Where did you find your 28? Is it licensed? What number is the card 010, 020 or 030?
