Can I ask why you would want to do that? I wouldn't even want to put an HRC RS125 front end on a 250, let alone a 125 street bike front end!

Even the 2008 is only a single front disk and has spindly forks. You are way better off with rebuilt NSR forks, or NC29 or NC30 forks/brakes, both of which slot straight into the NSR yokes (triples).
