well got the forks on, got me away from christmas for a couple of hours! lol
just waiting for my vfr discs to turn up and a zxr front spindle!
had the nsr bearings sleeved up to fit the zxr steerer, got a local engineering firm to do it, only £30!
i'll post some pics up when it's all back together
