I have to admit, I didn't think I'd personally be able to feel the difference, but the lever not only fits the shape of my hand better, but the operation feels nicer too.

Like I say, it's a bit more difficult for me to tell if the efficiency is any better, as I run HRC calipers, HRC cast iron discs, and stainless steel brake lines, so the braking wasn't exactly rubbish before!
