No external difference on the carb body as far as I can recall, so they will fit without too many issues. You'll need to check cable routing etc. though.

If you study the stock jet settings, the TA20A and TA21A (sorry, I mentioned MC21 carbs before, but TA21's are R5/6K) are quite different. The later carbs, in standard form, would appear leaner.

Steve's MC18 R5K was always way more thirsty than my MC21, and nsr.wayne was always going on about the amount of fuel his R2J drank in comparison to other NSR's.
