What I know of A Kit pistons is that they run the ring gap over the boost port at the back of the cylinder.

Means that the A Kit cylinders can run bigger transfer ports, as the ring ends don't need a bridge to run on...

Also means a really long chamfer on the nikosil into and out of the port.
