The MC16 needs more than just end cans, so apart from the additional noise (which will probably make you think you are going faster!) they won't in themselves make much of a difference.

Prices vary too much to nail it on the head. One week you could pick a pair of barrels up for £80, the next week they'll fetch £200! Depends how many people are rebuilding at the time the advert goes up!

Best bet is often Yahoo! Auctions in Japan. Barrels can go cheap on there, although the exchange rate at the moment is crap!
