Create an account with an image hosting website like www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com , and for each image you upload they will provide a little snippet of code you can add to a forum post.

The code will look something like:

[img]http://images.nsr-world.com/forum/noodles-3.jpg[/img]

or...

<img src="http://images.nsr-world.com/forum/noodles-3.jpg" />

Make sure you DON'T have "Disable BBCode in this post" or "Disable HTML in this post" ticked in your options when composing your post. (As I had to do to show you what the image code looks like!)
