So here's the story.
I have some NSR's in boxes I have one in one piece and will buy some more in the not so distant future, also in boxes no doubt.
Think of project wet dog's early days and you ll get the idea.
Every one of them will be laid out on the floor in many many pieces and then will be rebuilt to pristine condition. (That's the ideal senario anyway)
After that time and money consuming procedure, I want to be sure I ll never have to face a an engine failure.
So what needs to be done?
My budget is about 2000 pounds for each bike.
Of course top end rebuilds will never be out of the game, but we re talking about the really expensive stuff.
What crankshaft, oil pump,RC valve prep and maintenance is in order to achieve this?
The above 3 points are in my opinion the most important for the long and easy life for an NSR, but you might think otherwise.
I m all ears. how would you do it?
