The TZR250 3XV R and RS models had non adjustable forks, only the SP and SPR had any additional ajustment for compressiona dn rebouund.

This front end (R or RS) is worth a lot of money - try putting it on the TZR forum or ebay, you'll get the price you are after no problem.
