Is my M21 worth fixing?

NSR_hongkong » Fri Mar 20, 2009 2:21 am

Hi Guys,

After alot of reading here in NSR-World i found out that most nsr riders here intend to have thier nsr in a very mint condition possible. Made me wonder is it still worth fixing my problematic nsr? or should i just get a new/second hand one?

My Bike Current Problem:

Top or Left cylinder had lost compression(air pressure)
Which will be needing new piston and piston rings.

Carbs are not configured properlly

RC Valve is not working.

Leaking oil from exhaust.

Chain somehow rubbing to my exhaust. Shocked (The clicking sound)

Parts won't be an issue because every small bits of parts are still available
in Hong Kong. But since am not really a mechanic.. it would cost alot
to recondition my bike. so i came to a conclusion that i have to make a choice. Fix or Buy or just stay with Yamaha TZR??

What do you guys think?
