Yeah, that's the best pound for pound upgrade for the MC16 front-end. Stiffer forks, better internals, bigger brakes, and wider rim for a 110 tyre. You can use any 3" front wheel from 1988 to 1996 NSR's, plus (if you're desperate) an NC29/NC30/NC35 3½" wheel. I would personally stick to an NSR wheel though.

You can use any MC18~28 discs, but only MC18 or MC21 calipers. MC28 calipers have different mounts.
