The MC16/18/21 manual is still available from Honda (in Japanese).

Contact one of the supporting vendors (http://www.jap4performance.com/ is based out of the UK) ) and I am sure they can get you one.

I just ordered one for about $65.00 + shipping.

Just so you know, Honda never made the manual available in English.
