You can never be certain what your getting from a few poor quality photos.
And even if its a good quality pic, and the bike looks right cosmetically, you don't know what the engine will be like. See my problem

But back to the outside of the bike. From those pictures the bike is definitely not as a Rothmans MC21SP left the factory.
The forks are dark, the brake disc rotors are gold (should be silver) and there is no bum pad on the underseat box panel. As for the wheels, it looks like a Magtek front, it has the flush side rim / no lip, but its the wrong colour. The rear is the correct colour but looks like standard rim (can you see the lip just against the tyre?). It may be a genuine 21SP Rothmans, but with some parts from a different model, or it could be an R / SE or other year SP with Rothmans bodywork, which at least looks correct. This pic may help you compare.
And when I got mine, it had the wrong colour front indicators, no HRC stickers on the side and the wrong SP sticker on the rear light panel. So who knows!!
Good luck with finding the right NSR for you. If you can, try to find a bike you can view in the flesh before buying.
