I'm hoping to finish installation of the HRC wiring loom this weekend.
I'd like to keep the 2T oil injector (for now at least). Obviously there is no provision in the loom for this.

Has anyone ever run a HRC loom and 2T injector? If so, was it run with the solenoid with no electrical input, or was some other feed used?

A search of the forum seems to confirm the role of the pump solenoid is to open when the ignition is switched on, to provide a higher dose of oil for start-up. Is that accurate?
