Plugs should be BR9ECM's for a start. Running incorect hotter plugs isn't going to have done you any favours I'm afraid.
Take the pipes off and have a look up the exhaust ports is the first step. Usually only one cylinder will go, but you never know.
As was said in another recent thread, "assumption is the mutha...". You can't assume that because it may have been jetted for Jolly's that it will automatically be rich on standard pipes. It's likely to be a rather costly £200+ assumption I'm afraid.
