I'm not saying you're wrong, but if you're right, the Honda service book is wrong;

A cylinder; 54.008-54.011
B cylinder; 54.004-54.008
C cylinder; 54.000-54.004

Service limit (which does imply you can measure it) is 54.02 for all cylinders.
