Before you actually ride the bike, I would check out those front brake calipers. Not sure the purpose of the bracket that attaches them to the forks, but what ever the reason they are there, they are not meant for that bike/caliper/disc combo. You can see from the pic that the caliper doesn't align properly with the disc.
Beyond that, the body work seems to be a 1996 SE (NSR250R2T), which matches the dry clutch and suspension parts you mentioned.
