well to be sure if it is siezed take a look up the exaust or just stick your finger in the plug hole and see if you got compression by cranking it over by hand or use a proper guage. its either a carburator porblem or your seized should be one of the 2.
when you try to start it you said it wont start because of in gear and stuck to the back wheel. so you could still kick it over right?
Because i dont ride as often anymore and sometime the bike sits in the garage for one month at a time so the clutch sticks and battery dies. but what i am trying to say is while in gear i can still kick it over easy but the bike will move forward with every kick.
