OK!Shon has been fine for me and I don't know anyone who's had stuff not arrive.

Their weight limit of 30kg is actually the Japanese postal systems limit, anything over that can't be posted and they won't do anything other than normal post.

Their fee's aren't too bad on big stuff, but as you get stung for at least $20 on every item a dozen cheap little things soon add up.
