alright... I figured it out finally. Basically the measurements on the CBR F2 wheel are the same as the NSR wheel except that the hub on the CBR is off set about 3/8 of and inch or 9mm approximatly to the left (if you are looking at the bike from the rear) I can still make the wheel work but I am going to have to have the 3/8ths difference machined off the sprocket carrier and will have to make up for it on the other side with a 3/8ths larger spacer.. I think the stock CBR spacer may work for that.

also Dunken I would love to get a mc21 wheel and try it but being that I am in the US. Those part are hard to come by and to expensive for experimenting with.... CBR stuff is dime a dozen.
