R5/6K harness has one big black "late" 16-pin PGM-style connector (like the PGM-III and PGM-IV ones) and a small square 4-pin connector.

If I recall correctly, the R2/4J has two small square connectors; one white and one red. There's certainly no big 16-pin PGM connector though!
