Those are some amazing figures - though ive often wondered what sort of power small engines could've been making by today if the Italians hadn't been allowed to alter grand prix racing rules to suit them years ago.

Instead of learning on a two stroke single i could've been buzzing about on an oval pistoned 50cc V4 or something equally mind blowing. Probably with equally unreal performance.
