I'm building a track bike from a street MC21 and would like to eliminate the inner fender. Actually I just want to lose the license plate portion but don't want to chop it, so the entire inner fender must be removed in order to save it. What do those of you with racebikes do in this area? Have you chopped fenders or built shelves from plastic or aluminum? Photos would really help me out.
