I'm not sure if it can be positively identified solely from the VIN alone due to the nature of Honda's records. There was a recent thread on this. I guess what you have to go on is the presence of all the SP components.
By the look of it, what's the big attraction to this bike? It's had the most desirable feature (the Rothmans colours) removed. The pictures aren't really clear enough to determine if it has Magtek wheels (there are what look like reflections off the bead on standard wheel rims in the pics). The seat unit is an aftermarket replica. You can't see the top of the forks clearly to confirm the presence of the SP fork adjusters, the subframe has been painted/coated so you probably won't have the decal specifiyng the colour and model codes. The front discs appear to be standard R spec units.
It has a dry clutch. Wow.
Seems a bit dubious to use the Rothmans SP tag as a selling point for this bike. Still, you pay your money and take your choice as the old adage goes.
