Just reading in the main forum your bit about where to have this painted.
The thing is obviously you want it absolutely spot on, you've got the right shape bodywork and the rest is as near as it can be and retain any likelyhood of being able to be used (if you did actually manage to find a real works NSR frame and motor would you actually use it?) so I reckon you've got to find someone who realises what you want. Dream Machine might well make it very nice and shiney but you can bet money they'll pay about zero attention to getting it looking like Cadalora's did and what you'll end up with is a generic Rothmans rep.
Real race bikes tend to be subtley different to reps. The decals are always massive, look at the size of the race bike Rothmans decals and then look at how big Honda themselves made their own 250 Rothmans rep.
They're nothing like each other and (I think) you need to make sure whoever paints it understands that they aren't to just use the Rothmans decals that they'll no doubt have on file.
Otherwise you'll end up with an NX5 that looks like a Rothmans '28 SP with the swingarm on the wrong side.
As to who does it, I dunno, I know Tez who owns Racepaint UK pretty well and I could ask him about it. It's not a big place (about 4 or 5 people work there) so if you took it there you'll get to see the guy who actually owns the place and you/we can impress on him how careful he's got to be.
Then again, look at the one Luca is riding and look at the one in the book, they're not the same...which do you want?
