I have the oppourtunity to purchased new HRC springs front and rear for my road 28sp at a very good price.

Has anyone used these?

I'm pretty happy with the handling of my bike but I'm a little(!) bigger than the asian teenager it was designed for lol...!

I'd love to know what to expect or to hear from a tech head who knows how/why they are different.
