Wet is wet, dry is dry, so you need to buy the correct parts for the type you have.

I can't remember about the springs to be honest... I've always bought the dry springs for my dry clutch, but one thing I can tell you is DON'T buy EBC "uprated" springs unless you want a clutch lever you need both hands to pull in!
