Have you pulled the plugs again? They're probably wet from all the unburned fuel in the chamber. Give 'em a clean and dry, then try again.
It's not something dumb like the kill switch is it? (We've all done that!)
Choke doing it's thing?
Have you tried bump starting it? Often it'll fire up as you're turning the engine over more than a simple kick will...
