Since the motor isn't running, it's very hard to tell if the crank is ok, and that alone could cost you a LOT of money.
Ditto the PGM ignition unit.
Have you priced a radiator? Not cheap.
On the other hand, if you love to do the work yourself, and would have spent a couple of thousand on a properly sorted bike, then I'd say this was probably worth it.
If it has MAGTEK on the spokes, then they alone are worth a bit, so if it all turns out to be a pile of junk you could part it out and make your money back.
