Thanks guys. Ill try those ideas today.

The tank breathers are good. When i first put the tank on (it was from a wrecker) they were originally blocked. Its was cutting out pretty much like it is now, except it would take longer. When you would open the cap, you could hear the air rush in as soon the seal was cracked.
