The PGMIII wont work with the MC28 loom, and the MC21 loom wont work with the PGMIV/Card.

You can swap out the PGMIV/Card/Loom with the PGMIII/Loom, but you would also need to use the MC21 ignition components to match (AC Generator/Pulse Generator/Etc..).
