this weekend i bought a nsr250r it had been sitting for a fair while approx 2yrs anyway i put fuel in and some oil kicked it up and she runs but when i ride it from 2-6k is slugish 6-11 revs good gets better the higher it runs. it wont ride up my driveway which is a slight incline just stalls out no matter what. it just doesn't rev smooth even holding it at say 4000 just seems rough
1 exhaust is hot 1 is cold
i thought maybe not firing but both cylinders have compression and spark pulled the plugs one is dry and not the other is wet.
i thought maybe a needle issue in the carby or something with the carbys anyone had any issues similar or any ideas that may help me nut it out
