need to split my rear wheel down for powdercoat...

The black part that is attatched to the wheel that holds the cush drive rubbers...how is it fixed to the wheel as I cant remember.

the reason I ask is that it seems to have 8 or so little plastic noggins which I am concerned will melt during powdercoat.

looking at the exploded view in the workshop manual it seems its part of the wheel.

Anyone?
