thats right, easier needle removal than mc28's , and the diameter is larger.. im using a MC21 carbs + hrc kit on my MC28 SP , works equally if not better than the MC28's.. only flaw is , the air box of MC28 wouldnt fit anymore and running open carbs with an female stockings over it its just a match made it heaven
