I'd say you've just got the spacers or the wheel in the wrong way round.

NSR Magtek and stock spacers are the same. I bought a 3" Magtek once that was supposedly from an (NF5) RS and was told I'd need different spacers. Either it wasn't from an RS or the infomation I was given about the different spacers was incorrect because it fitted fine.
